The project Inclusion4All – Trans, intersex and non-binary people at work started in November 2020 and will be implemented until November 2022 in five countries as part of the European Union’s Rights, Equality and Citizenship programme. The aim of the project is to promote the effective implementation of the principle of non-discrimination of trans, intersex and non-binary people in the workplace. Project activities include conducting research (with quantitative and qualitative elements) on the workplace experiences of trans, intersex and non-binary people on the one hand, and, on the other hand, the knowledge and experiences of Human Resources professionals. In addition to the research, there will be training and capacity building carried out for trans, intersex and non-binary jobseekers, as well as training and capacity building for Human Resources professionals. The five project partners are: Háttér Társaság (Hungary) as project coordinator, University of Brescia (Italy), SURT (Spain), Transgender Netwerk Nederland (Netherlands) and Zagreb Pride (Croatia).
