A projekt c\u00e9lja a transz, interszex \u00e9s nem-bin\u00e1ris szem\u00e9lyek diszkrimin\u00e1ci\u00f3-mentess\u00e9gi elv\u00e9nek hat\u00e9kony \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00fcl\u00e9se, illetve annak el\u0151seg\u00edt\u00e9se a munkahelyeken. A projekt c\u00e9ljai k\u00f6z\u00f6tt szerepel a transz, interszex \u00e9s nem-bin\u00e1ris emberek munkahelyi tapasztalatainak, valamint a hum\u00e1ner\u0151forr\u00e1s (HR) szakemberek t\u00e9m\u00e1hoz k\u00f6t\u0151d\u0151 tud\u00e1s\u00e1nak \u00e9s tapasztalatainak kutat\u00e1sa kvantitat\u00edv \u00e9s kvalitat\u00edv elemekkel. A kutat\u00e1s mellett k\u00e9pz\u00e9sekre \u00e9s szakmai kapacit\u00e1sok ki\u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9re ker\u00fcl sor az \u00e9rintett munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3k, \u00e1ll\u00e1skeres\u0151k, valamint a HR-szak\u00e9rt\u0151k sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra.
