Cilj projekta je promicanje u\u010dinkovite provedbe na\u010dela nediskriminacije trans, interspolnih i nebinarnih osoba na radnom mjestu. Aktivnosti u sklopu projekta obuhva\u0107aju provo\u0111enje istra\u017eivanja (s kvantitativnim i kvalitativnim elementima) o radnom iskustvu trans, interspolnih i nebinarnih osoba, te, s druge strane, o znanjima i iskustvima osoba koje se bave upravljanjem ljudskim potencijalima. Uz istra\u017eivanja, provodit \u0107e se osposobljavanje i izgradnja kapaciteta trans, interspolnih i nebinarnih osoba te stru\u010dnjaka_inja za ljudske resurse.
