Our activities include training and capacity building for trans, intersex and non-binary people and Human Resources professionals, as well as raising awareness on workplace equality for trans, intersex and non-binary people through campaign activities.
Over the course of the project, the partner organisations will have organised several training and capacity building sessions with trans, intersex and non-binary workers and job-seekers on the one hand, and Human Resources professionals on the other.
