THE PROJECT

Inclusion4All – Trans, Intersex and Non-binary People at Work is a 2-year project that started in November 2020 and is being implemented in five partner countries as part of the European Union’s Rights, Equality and Citizenship program. The aim of the project is to promote the effective implementation of the principle of non-discrimination against trans, intersex and non-binary people at work.

Project activities include:

  • Conducting in-depth research (with quantitative and qualitative elements) of the experiences of trans, intersex and non-binary people in the workplace
  • Conducting in-depth research (with quantitative and qualitative elements) of the experiences and knowledge of Human Resources professionals regarding trans, intersex and non-binary people in the workplace
  • Training and capacity building for trans, intersex and non-binary people
  • Training and capacity building for Human Resources professionals
  • Raising awareness on workplace equality for trans, intersex and non-binary people through campaign activities
