About the project

Inclusion4All – Trans, Intersex and Non-binary People at Work is a 2-year project that started in November 2020 and is being implemented in five partner countries as part of the European Union’s Rights, Equality and Citizenship program.

Partners

Project partners are: Háttér Társaság (Hungary) as project coordinator, University of Brescia (Italy), SURT (Spain), Transgender Netwerk Nederland (Netherlands) and Zagreb Pride (Croatia).

Project activities

Our activities include training and capacity building for trans, intersex and non-binary people and Human Resources professionals, as well as raising awareness on workplace equality for trans, intersex and non-binary people through campaign activities.

Publications

The Inclusion4All publications include national reports on the inclusion of trans, intersex and non-binary workers in Hungary, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands and Croatia, as well as a comparative report.
